BIBLE IN A YEAR-ish
Begins September 2025

Ascension is about to embark on a new adventure — one that stretches from the very first words of Genesis to the final promises of Revelation.

Over the next fifteen months, our entire church community will journey through the Bible together, reading it chronologically as one grand, unfolding story. This intentional walk through Scripture will shape our worship, our conversations, our spiritual growth... and even our calendar.

But we don’t believe this journey is meant to be walked alone. In fact, we’re convinced it becomes most meaningful when it’s shared with friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers, whether or not they’ve ever set foot inside a church before.

Join us this fall as we begin reading the Bible together as a community. We’re calling it a “Bible In A Year-ish” journey… because grace leaves room for real life.

Let’s take this adventure together,
Pastor Scott Hawkins

New to Ascension?
We can't wait to meet you!

We are genuinely excited to welcome you to our church family and invite you to join any of our upcoming events or services. Your presence enriches our community, and we look forward to sharing meaningful moments together.

  • Sundays at 8:30am: A classic service with full liturgy and hymns accompanied by organ and piano.
  • Sundays at 10:30am: A contemporary service with music from the Praise Band and piano.

     Children are welcome at all services! Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 4 years old at both services. Children can be checked into the nursery before services begin. We also offer children's classes for elementary aged children during our 10:30am service. Kids should join parents in the sanctuary and will be dismissed from the service to go to class with one of our teachers.

“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the house of the God of Jacob;
that he may teach us his ways
and that we may walk in his paths.”
