Amie was introduced to serving in the church as a teenager when she was asked to teach a VBS class for Kindergarten students. Although she worked in real estate finance for fourteen years, she continued to work and/or volunteer in the church. Over the years she has taught classes for children, teens, and adults and has served as a board member, but best enjoys her current work performing administrative duties, supporting staff and volunteers, and facilitating events. Amie recently returned to college, receiving her BA in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology, and is currently working toward a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at USC. Amie has been married for 24 years and has two sons.
