DESCRIPTION:Workout at Ascension each Wednesday in classes led by our very 
 own Marie Morgan.  Buy classes one at a time ($10) or in a bundle (10 cla
 sses/$100). Pay Marie at class.\nABOUT THE CLASS: A full-body workout usin
 g weights and resistance bands combined with body weight exercises to help
  increase strength and balance. The workout will target the muscle groups 
 of the upper and lower body with a lot of core work for some added fun. Fi
 tness can be modified for beginners and made more challenging for those wh
 o are a little more advanced. \nABOUT MARIE: Marie is an ACE Certified Pe
 rsonal Trainer and a RRCA Certified Run Coach. She specializes in strength
  and functional training and brings 23 years of experience as a competitiv
 e athlete to her work as a trainer and class instructor. Marie loves helpi
 ng others and inspiring others through her own love of strength training a
 nd running\, and how it has changed her life. Marie started lifting and ru
 nning to get in shape and ended up finding a lifelong passion. She has bee
 n teaching classes for over 20 years and loves helping all ages and abilit
 ies. Marie is also a mom and understands the importance of finding time fo
 r workouts and how exercise can help you physically and mentally during a 
 time of your life when you need it most. In her spare time\, you will find
  Marie running the roads of Redondo and Palos Verdes\, watching or volunte
 ering at her daughter’s school and sports activities\, and traveling to 
 Michigan to see her family.
