Workout at Ascension each Wednesday in classes led by our very own Marie Morgan.  Buy classes one at a time or in a bundle.  More details will be available soon.

ABOUT THE CLASS: A full-body workout using weights and resistance bands combined with body weight exercises to help increase strength and balance. The workout will target the muscle groups of the upper and lower body with a lot of core work for some added fun. Fitness can be modified for beginners and made more challenging for those who are a little more advanced. 

ABOUT MARIE: Marie is an ACE Certifed Personal Trainer and a RRCA Certifed Run Coach. She specializes in strength and functional training and brings 23 years experience as an competitive athlete to her work as a trainer and class instructor. Marie loves helping others and inspiring others through her own love of strength training and running and how it has changed her life. Marie started lifting and running to get in shape and ended up finding a lifelong passion. She has been teaching classes for over 20 years and loves helping all ages and abilities. Marie is also a mom and understands the importance of finding time for workouts and how exercise can help you physically and mentally during a time of your life when you need it most. In her spare time you will find Marie running the roads of Redondo and Palos Verdes, watching or volunteering at her daughter’s school and sports activities, and traveling to Michigan to see her family.
